There’s something so special about watching a family grow through the seasons of life. I first photographed this family for their son’s one-year session and have had the honor of documenting them ever since, including this sweet girl’s newborn portraits. Returning one year later to celebrate her first birthday felt like such a full-circle moment, especially as we revisited the same location where we once captured big brother’s milestones.
This session was all about presence—showing up ready to play, explore, and soak in time together. Families who arrive with open hearts and playful spirits always end up creating something truly beautiful. We explored a favorite Tampa family photography location, full of variety and natural beauty. Beneath the oak tree canopy, the family laughed and played. Wildflowers recently appeared in the dunes, a perfect surprise. And as the sun slipped low over the beach, the evening ended in soft golden light and sandy toes.
